This community is built with care, connection, and real-life motherhood in mind. By signing up for and attending our events, you agree to the following:

When you register for an event, we may collect basic personal information such as your name, email address, and any details you choose to share during sign-up.

2. How Your Information Is Used

By opting into an event, you understand and agree that:

• Your registration information may be shared with event sponsors and partners.

• Sponsors may contact you with relevant offers, products, or services.

• We will never sell your information outside of event-related partnerships.

3. Event Environment & Expectations

Moms Founders Club events are designed to be supportive, respectful, and safe spaces for all attendees.

By attending, you agree to:

• Be kind, respectful, and supportive toward other moms

• Foster a positive and encouraging environment

• Respect personal boundaries and experiences

• Understand that this is a community built on collaboration, not competition

4. Alcohol Policy & Safety Commitment

Because we are a community of mothers who prioritize safety and well-being:

• There is a maximum of two (2) alcoholic drinks per attendee

• By attending, you agree to respect and honor this limit

• You acknowledge personal responsibility for your safety and transportation

• We encourage all attendees to plan ahead for a safe way home

This policy is in place because we care deeply about you and your family 💗

5. Liability Acknowledgment

By attending events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Moms Founders Club, its organizers, and partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages.
